Brand Exclusivity
Brand exclusivity is available to Resellers who commit to and maintain a minimum annual spend.
Amethyst Exclusivity is available for Resellers who, at a minimum, have a total order value of $5,000.00 (currency in US$), with a total spend of $3,000.00 (currency in US$) per annum.
Emerald Exclusivity is available for Resellers who, at a minimum, have a total order value of $10,000.00 (currency in US$), with a total spend of $6,000.00 (currency in US$) per annum.
Sapphire Exclusivity is available for Resellers who, at a minimum, have a total order value of $25,000.00 (currency in US$), with a total spend of $15,000.00 (currency in US$) per annum.
The area of exclusivity may extend up to a ten-mile radius from the Reseller. However, this is dependent on the Reseller's location, density of other Resellers within proximity, as well as order volume and total value.
Terms and Conditions
The Reseller must maintain a valid Employer / Tax Identification Number and Business License.
The Reseller must have a pre-existing partnership with Arcana.
The Reseller must have a proven history of quality sales.
The Reseller must provide their Sales Reports for the last eight (8) quarters, if reports are prepared on a quarterly basis, or the last four (4) years, if reports are prepared on an annual basis.
In order to obtain Brand Exclusivity, the Reseller must commit to and meet the annual requirements within a twelve-month period.
In order to maintain Brand Exclusivity, the Reseller must meet the annual requirements within a twelve-month period.
The Reseller is the party responsible for ensuring that annual requirements are met within a twelve-month period.
If the required annual spend threshold has not been met by the end of the twelve-month period and there is a balance remaining, a fee will be assessed to recover the balance of the Reseller's annual spend commitment.
The Reseller is responsible for remitting payment for any and all fees assessed and/or invoiced.
If the Reseller fails to meet the required annual spend threshold or pay the fee to satisfy the balance remaining, the Reseller will no longer be eligible for Brand Exclusivity.
In the event the Reseller fails to meet the required annual spend threshold or pay the fee to satisfy the balance remaining, we reserve the right to suspend or discontinue partnership.
We reserve the right to discontinue our partnership with any Reseller for any reason.
Eligibility and How to Apply
Resellers with a brick-and-mortar business structure may be eligible for brand exclusivity.
Online Resellers may or may not be eligible.
