Apothecary Policy and Disclosures

We do our best to procure quality herbal products for our Clientele. 

Herbal products are kosher certified and are either organic or wild harvested (unless noted otherwise). 

Herbal products are measured and sold by the ounce (unless stated otherwise). 

We reserve the right to adjust herbal product offerings and pricing, if/when necessary, without notice. Pricing will vary due to market conditions, order quantities, product availability, and currency fluctuation.

Information provided for any herbal product pertaining to any and all historical and/or metaphysical uses and/or benefits is for educational purposes only. 

Should you wish to purchase an herbal product that is out of stock, please feel free to contact us, and we will see what we can do to expedite procurement. 

Should you wish to purchase an herbal product that is not listed in our inventory, and would like us to procure it for you, please submit a request for procurement. 

Be advised, Arcana reserves the right to decline or refuse to fulfill a request for procurement for any reason.

The Client (Purchaser) assumes all responsibility for purchases and releases the Boutique (Seller) from all liability.
