Order Submission and Processing

For Orders Involving Items Requiring Shipping

Orders submitted will be marked as received for processing during our routine business hours.

Orders submitted after the close of business will be marked as received for processing the following business day.

We do our best to process and ship orders within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of order placement. 

Orders will not be processed and/or shipped outside of our routine business hours.

Curated Items

The processing time for curated items, at a minimum, is three (3) weeks, but may be up to four (4) weeks. 

Items from our curated collection are made to order. 

Handmade Items

The processing time for handmade items, at a minimum, is three (3) weeks, but may be up to six (6) weeks. 

Items from our handmade collection are made to order. 

Divination Services and Order Fulfillment 

Orders involving divination services (e.g. tarot and oracle readings) will be fulfilled within seven (7) business days.
