Cancellation Policy
Services
Should you wish to cancel your order, please do so within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement.
Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
Requests to cancel must be submitted via e-mail.
Be advised, services rendered (i.e.: fulfilled), such as procurement and divination services (for example: tarot and oracle readings), are not eligible for return or refund for any reason.
Product Orders
Should you wish to cancel your order, or cancel specific item(s) in your order, please do so within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement.
Orders, in whole or in part, cannot be canceled after twenty-four (24) hours.
Requests to cancel must be submitted via e-mail.
When submitting your request, please be sure to include the following information:
- E-Mail address used at the time of order placement
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to cancel
- The reason for cancellation
- Any additional feedback (if applicable)
Be advised, if this information is not provided timely, we will be unable to process the order cancellation.
